# PRIVACY AND COOKIE POLICY (WOODWORK BOBER)

## § 1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1. The controller of personal data collected via the online store ://woodworkbober.com is the natural person: Francisco Bober, residing at: Warszawa, Poland, email address: info@woodworkbober.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Controller").
2. The business is conducted as an unregistered activity.
3. The Buyer's personal data are processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR) and the Personal Data Protection Act.

## § 2. PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF DATA PROCESSING
1. The Buyer's personal data (such as: first name, last name, delivery address, email address, telephone number) are processed solely for the purposes of:
- Fulfilling the sales contract for carpentry and craft products (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter b of the GDPR).
- Issuing a simplified invoice or bill without VAT and fulfilling tax obligations (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter c of the GDPR).
- Contacting the Buyer to process the order.
2. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to place and fulfill the order in the store.

## § 3. RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA
1. For the proper execution of the order, the Administrator may share the Buyer's personal data with the following external entities:
- Electronic payment operators (Stripe / PayPal) for the purpose of processing transactions. - Courier and logistics companies (e.g., InPost, DPD, DHL) for the purpose of delivering the product to the specified address.
2. The Buyer's personal data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA) or profiled.

## § 4. DATA RETENTION PERIOD
1. The Buyer's personal data will be stored for the period necessary to fulfill the sales contract, and after its termination, for the period required by Polish law for tax and settlement purposes and until the expiry of the limitation period for any claims.

## § 5. BUYER'S RIGHTS
1. The Buyer has the right to:
- Access their personal data and receive a copy thereof.
- Rectify (amend) their data.
- Delete their data ("right to be forgotten") in the situations specified in the GDPR.

3. The Buyer has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) if they believe that the processing of their data violates the law.

## § 6. COOKIES
1. The website ://woodworkbober.com uses cookies to ensure the proper operation of the store, maintain the shopping cart session, and for statistical purposes.
2. The Buyer may change the cookie settings in their web browser at any time, blocking their storage.
